What an exciting day full of learning. On Thursday 18th August 2016 the students from K-6 invited the parent/ grandparent community and people from the CSO into their classrooms to showcase the wonderful Science and Technology learning.
The newly developed Science and Technology program has helped the students to develop knowledge and skills, helping them to clearly explain how to fair test, what variables were dependent and independent, hypothesise and how to write up results that are easy to interpret. What great learning over 1½ terms.
The students had the opportunity to experience 3D coding as well as hands on learning with robotics and beebots. This was followed by lunch on the lawn with their families.
